SHIPPING

Orders can be shipped to any country in the European Union. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday to the customer's home, via the postal service of each country. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the order, the carrier will leave a notice or contact the customer.
 If the customer does not welcome the order, it will be returned to Cowboy Boots Portugal. After the customer orders and purchases, the items are ordered from the factory, and the items have estimated delivery times that may vary. The estimated delivery time for any item is 15 to 30 business days. If any item is out of stock, the manufacturing and delivery time may be extended up to 45 business days, but in that case the customer will be contacted and informed of the situation. Times are estimated and are not guaranteed and delays beyond our control may occur. If the customer does not want to wait for the item to be available, and does not want any item that is available, we will refund the amount paid by the customer. 

NOTICE: Delivery times during the Christmas period (November and December) They could be expanded further.
