EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to exchange, return or cancel an item purchased from the Cowboy Boots Portugal online store, you must first contact Cowboy Boots Portugal via email: portugalcowboyboots@gmail.com, or filling in the form below, with information on the order number, the item to be returned and the reason for the exchange or return, in order to receive the necessary instructions. The customer can cancel an order before it has been shipped, to do so the customer must communicate their intention to cancel, via the contact form, or by email: portugalcowboyboots@gmail.com Cowboy Boots Portugal undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 14 days using the payment method used by the customer or, if this is not possible, by Bank Transfer.
All items purchased from the Cowboy Boots Portugal online store can be exchanged within 14 days, counting from the date of receipt, as long as they meet the following criteria: It must be presented in the same commercial conditions, without having been used, with the original tags and without any use or damage. They must be properly packaged in the original packaging and with the purchase invoice attached to the items. The shipping costs for the exchange/return are borne by the customer. Once the returned order has been received and the conditions for exchange or return have been confirmed, Cowboy Boots Portugal will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, via bank transfer.
Important: Any test must be carried out on a carpet or rug.
If the returned items do not meet the exchange/return requirements, Cowboy Boots Portugal reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return and to refuse to refund them.
